Exchange policy

We pour a significant amount of love and attention into crafting each RINI piece. As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds on any sold products. Once RINI pieces are purchased, they cannot be exchanged for replacement or credit notes. However, if you have concerns about the size or notice any issues, please reach out to us at rinitheshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days to assist you with the process of returning or exchanging the RINI pieces. They may request additional information or photographs to evaluate your return request, so please cooperate with them.

Exchange disclaimer: 

• Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
• Please be aware that not all products qualify for exchange. Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, to ensure fairness to our artisans and maintain reasonable prices, many items are marked as “Final Sale.” It’s important to understand which products are eligible for returns before making a purchase.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• Different rules apply to international exchanges. For all international exchanges, you are responsible for covering the shipping and customs clearance costs to return your order and receive the exchange item. Terms & conditions for sale period

During sale:

• We strive to ship every product after thorough quality checks. Regrettably, we do not accept exchanges or returns for discounted products unless the item is wrong, broken, damaged, or in poor condition upon receipt by the customer.

Delivery

However, if you are unable to accept delivery of the goods, RINI may, at its discretion, charge you for additional shipping costs.

Loss in transit or damages

You expressly acknowledge that a lack of funds shall not constitute or be deemed an event of Force Majeure.

Dispute resolution

This agreement shall be interpreted and the legal relationship between YOU and RINI shall be governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute arising between you and RINI concerning your use of the Website or your transactions with RINI related to any activity on the Website, including the validity, interpretation, implementation, or breach of any provision of the Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy, including but not limited to the rules and policies herein, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi.

Your obligation to pay the Payment Fees shall not be suspended during the pendency of such proceedings.
